Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues professionally.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired for all roles.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment and strong corporate culture.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program in coordination with finance and management.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Keep management informed with accurate HR metrics, reports, and recommendations.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or FMCG sectors.
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices in Nigeria.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
• Must reside within or around Iyana-Ipaja, Alimosho axis or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure the company complies with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
• Investigate compliance issues and irregularities, prepare reports, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Train and educate staff on compliance policies, ethical standards, and risk management.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the company’s compliance and control systems.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure controls are integrated into daily business operations.
• Stay up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the automobile sector.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or internal control (automobile or retail sector experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant audit/compliance software.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CISA, or similar are an added advantage.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Benin City, Edo State.
