    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure accurate records of all items within the warehouse or depot.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation, preventing stock shortages, and supporting smooth operational flow.
    • This role requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock entries and exits are properly documented.
    • Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
    • Monitor and report low stock levels, damages, discrepancies, and expiries.
    • Update inventory management systems and ensure data accuracy.
    • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to support stock availability.
    • Track inventory movement and ensure proper labeling and arrangement of items.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
    • Support periodic audit exercises and provide necessary documentation.
    • Maintain an organized, clean, and well-structured inventory area.
    • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.

    Requirements

    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software/systems.
    • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical skills.
    • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • 1–3 years experience as an Inventory Officer, Storekeeper, or similar role.

    Sales Officer

    Key Responsibilities
