    Radiographer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out a complete range of radiographic examinations (plain X-rays) while adhering to established protocols and radiation safety standards.
    • Perform and independently carry out high-quality sonographic scans (abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, vascular, small parts, and other requested studies).
    • Prepare patients, clearly explain procedures, and guarantee maximum comfort and cooperation during examinations.
    • Manage and maintain imaging equipment to the highest standards, including daily quality control checks.
    • Precisely record patient data, imaging findings, and technical parameters in the radiology information system.
    • Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
    • Strictly comply with infection control, radiation protection, and ethical standards at all times.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of imaging services and take part in departmental training when required.

    Requirements:
    We are intentionally seeking professionals who satisfy the following criteria:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc or equivalent) in Radiography from a reputable institution.
    • Full registration and current practising licence with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
    • Demonstrated post-qualification experience in general radiography plus proven competence and hands-on experience in diagnostic ultrasound/sonography.
    • Excellent technical skills in both modalities with a track record of producing clear, diagnostic-quality images.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle patients of all ages with professionalism.
    • Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure.
    • Clean professional record and a genuine commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.

    Front Desk Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, prospective buyers, and partners in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
    • Receive and direct telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; respond promptly to property inquiries, schedule viewings, and provide accurate information about our listings.
    • Manage the appointment calendar for property inspections, client meetings, and management schedules.
    • Maintain an up-to-date visitors’ register, client database, and daily activity log.
    • Handle basic administrative tasks including filing of documents, photocopying, scanning, typing letters, and data entry into our property management system.
    • Support the sales team by following up on leads, preparing client files, and assisting during open house events or property showings.
    • Keep the office area neat, organized, and professionally branded at all times.
    • Run errands within Ibadan when required and perform any other duties assigned by management.
    • Carry out other duties as may be required.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • BSc/HND in any discipline.
    • At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative (experience in real estate or a service-oriented firm will be an added advantage).
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Yoruba is a strong advantage.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Smart, presentable appearance with a friendly and confident personality.
    • Strong multitasking ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and polite even during peak hours.
    • Must not be ol.der than 27 by 31st December, 2026.
    • Must live in Ring Road, Ibadan. Do not apply if you do not live in Ring Road.
