    Sales Executive

    Report To:  Sales Manager   

    Salary: 150,000 -200,000 + 5% Commission on each closed deal

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

    • Actively source new leads through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals, cold calling, etc.). Identify and approach potential clients to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide personalized consultations, understanding their specific real estate needs and guiding them towards the most suitable property options.
    • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position the company’s properties effectively in the market.
    • Lead negotiations on behalf of the company and clients. Draft and present offers, handle counter-offers, and ensure smooth closing of deals. Ensure that all documentation, including contracts and agreements, is completed accurately and on time.
    • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position the company’s properties effectively in the market.
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance, progress against targets, and market insights. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of contracts, compliance with legal requirements, and timely delivery of services to clients.
    • Conduct property viewings and present properties effectively to prospective buyers. Highlight the features, benefits, and investment potential of properties, ensuring that clients understand the value proposition.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly, including contracts, agreements, and sales paperwork.
    • Actively participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and real estate expos to build relationships with potential clients, brokers, investors, and other industry professionals. Leverage these connections to generate leads and expand the company’s presence in the market.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on residential or commercial properties.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate management tools.

    Benefits:  Up to 5% Commission on each closed deal and additional bonuses upon exceeding targets.

    Required Competencies

    • Proven track record of success in real estate sales with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets.
    • Ability to understand and address the unique needs of each client, offering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
    • Strong negotiating abilities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached while securing the best possible deals for the company.
    • In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, property values, trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present properties effectively and engage clients.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and long-lasting relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
    • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively during the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate management tools.

    Acting Head Litigation

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Oversee and manage the litigation department\\\'s day-to-day operations.
    • Lead and supervise litigation team members, ensuring efficient case management.
    • Develop and implement litigation strategies for commercial and corporate cases.
    • Represent clients in high courts, courts of appeal, and other relevant tribunals.
    • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and legal opinions.
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
    • Manage case timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for filings and court appearances.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and court requirements.
    • Coordinate with other departments and senior management to align litigation strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze the progress of active litigation cases.
    • Manage client relationships and provide regular case updates.

    Requirement

    • Qualified to practice as a legal practitioner for at – least 10 years or more.
    • Minimum consistent and verifiable experience of day-to-day litigation practice at the high court and courts of appeal for the last 8 years (Preferably commercial litigation practice) 
    • Good ICT skills, word, PowerPoint, excel etc and familiarity with Ai
    • Excellent legal writing skills ( verifiable experience in legal writing pleadings, opinions, written addresses, appeal briefs etc) 
    • Good advocacy and client management  

    Required Competencies:

    • Consistent experience of day-to-day litigation practice.
    • Good ICT skills, word, PowerPoint, excel etc and familiarity with Ai
    • Excellent writing skills and verifiable experience in legal writing (pleadings, opinions, written addresses, appeal briefs etc) 
    • Some consulting experience will help 
    • A good team player and builder and a well-rounded lawyer 
    • Good advocacy and client management skills
