    Storekeeper

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory, materials, and tools across our active real estate construction sites.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control within the construction industry, excellent administrative skills, and the flexibility to support project timelines—including early mornings, extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with delivery notes and purchase orders.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual logs/register/bincards or digital inventory management systems.
    • Issue materials and equipment to site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors against authorized requisition forms.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records to prevent discrepancies, losses, or misallocations.
    • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient storage area, ensuring materials are stored appropriately and are easily accessible.
    • Monitor stock levels and proactively alert the procurement or project manager about low inventory or materials requiring reorder.
    • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and tracked, reporting any damage or malfunction immediately.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to the Site/Project Manager and Accountant.
    • Coordinate with QS, procurement, logistics, project teams, and Finance & Accountsto ensure timely availability of materials as per project schedules.
    • Enforce strict site store policies regarding access, safety, and material handling in compliance with company and industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Relevant educational qualifications such as an OND / HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper or Inventory Officer within real estate development or construction project environments.
    • Sound knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and store administration practices specific to the construction industry.
    • Professional certification in store/inventory management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
    • Must reside within Karmo or its immediate environs in Abuja for proximity to project sites.
    • Ability and willingness to work extended hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as project demands.
    • Candidates must be between 30 and 45 years of age, physically fit, and able to perform tasks in an active construction site environment.

    Executive Driver

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation services for our senior executives and company personnel.
    • The ideal candidate will have an impeccable driving record, excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, and a strong commitment to safety and courtesy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely transport company executives, senior management, and other personnel to meetings, appointments, and events in a timely manner.
    • Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure the car is in excellent operational condition, clean, and presentable.
    • Plan optimal routes using knowledge of Lagos roads, including Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and mainland routes, to avoid delays.
    • Must also plan optimal routes and have knowledge of inter-state roads
    • Ensure strict adherence to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
    • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all conversations and information overheard during transit.
    • Assist with light errands, such as dropping off documents, making bank deposits, or handling other logistical tasks as assigned.
    • Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, including timely servicing, fueling, and reporting any mechanical issues.
    • Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting purposes.
    • Be available for overtime, early morning, late evening, holiday, or weekend duties as required.
    • Provide courteous and professional assistance to passengers, including handling luggage and opening doors.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a corporate or executive driver.
    • Extensive and excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, including both the Island and Mainland areas.
    • Possession of a valid Nigerian driver’s licensewith a clean driving record.
    • Defensive driving certification or training is a strong advantage.
    • Must be between 30–40 years of age.
    • Strong understanding of traffic rules, regulations, and safe driving practices.
    • Professional appearance, punctual, courteous, and with strong communication skills
    • The Applicant must reside in Lagos Island, particularly, Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, etc.
