Job Summary:

• You will be responsible for helping clients plan and organize their travel arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience

Description

• Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
• Researching and recommending suitable travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours on behalf of clients.
• Providing clients with necessary travel information such as visa requirements, health advisories, insurance options, and local customs.
• Managing changes, cancellations, and resolving any issues that arise during the travel process.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Using booking software and systems efficiently to ensure accurate reservations..

Requirements:

• BSc or HND in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo booking systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of geography, travel logistics, and booking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience
