    Admin / HR Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Planning HR and administration activities annually
    • Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
    • Managing recruitment, on boarding, and exit procedures
    • Overseeing the payroll function
    • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Managing employee relations
    • Running the office and facilities management functions
    • Leading the HR and administration team
    • Recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
    • Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
    • Handle development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
    • Handle the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations

    • Maintain compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
    • Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments

    Job Responsibilites

    Marketing Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Generating new business
    • Increase the company customer base.
    • Carry out research on industry trends and demand for our services
    • Work with other marketing team member to promote the Company brand and services;
    • Research and formulate ways to optimize client base
    • Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies to management team.
