    Settlement & Reconciliation Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Reconciliation & Settlement Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of financial transactions, processing settlements, and resolving discrepancies across various accounts and systems.
    • The role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting audit and compliance requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across bank accounts, payment platforms, POS, wallets, and internal ledgers.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, mismatches, and payment failures in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, IT, Customer Service) and external parties (banks, payment processors) to resolve reconciliation issues.
    • Process and monitor settlement of funds to appropriate stakeholders and ensure compliance with SLA timelines.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reconciliation records and reports.
    • Prepare periodic reconciliation and settlement reports for management review.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications.
    • Ensure all reconciliation processes comply with internal controls, financial regulations, and industry standards.
    • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
    • Monitor chargebacks, disputes, and refunds, and take appropriate actions.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in reconciliation, settlement, or related financial operations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
    • Experience with financial services, fintech, banking, or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

    Human Resource and Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • The Human Resource and Admin Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations of the organization.
    • This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, records management, and smooth administrative support for all departments.

    Key Responsibilities
    Human Resources Functions:

    • Support the recruitment and onboarding process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and orientation.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
    • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance appraisal processes.
    • Coordinate training and development programs.
    • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence.
    • Promote a healthy workplace culture and employee engagement activities.

    Administrative Functions:

    • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and facility management.
    • Manage correspondences, filing systems, and document control.

    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and staff events.
    • Maintain proper records of company assets and service contracts.
    • Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
    • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies as required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage.
