    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to assigned senior executives or departmental heads. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective workflow within the department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for assigned executives.

    • The Senior Accounts Officer will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support management in strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing accounting processes within a corporate or healthcare environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including reconciliations.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
