Job Description

• Develop and deploy team’s marketing plan to achieve set target.
• Support team in attaining business sales objectives.
• Direct the daily work plan of each team member.
• Support in sales staff recruitment where necessary.
• Appraise performance of team members; give suggestions, reward or award punishment and offer proposals on dismissal of personnel where applicable.
• Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate with minimum of five years practical experience in retail and customer service specialization spanning across Lagos Mainland and Island.
• An outstanding supervisory experience.
• Demonstration of positive team player spirit.
• Conversant with retail principles required to effectively process sales operations.
• Possess ability to direct and be a mentor to the team by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
• Demonstrate ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Possession of valid driver’s license and LASDRI

Salary
N100,000 - N185,000 / month.
