    Lead Project Manager

    Partner with the best

    • You will be responsible for project delivery of Upgrades Plant Solutions for Gas and Energy transition applications and projects P&L accountability.

    As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing and coordinating Upgrades projects for Gas and Energy transition’s project to meet Contract obligation.
    • Managing financial performances, including planning and reporting, of the assigned projects, in terms of costs, revenues, contribution margin and cash collection.
    • Coordinating the scope of work of the contracts, ensuring excellence in the execution, quality and timely delivery to meet Customer satisfaction.
    • Managing cross-functional teams and driving both internal and external execution to meet contractual obligations and business targets.
    • Organizing and leading project review meetings and project deliverables, discussing/reviewing outcomes also with all internal stakeholders including the Project Management Leader.
    • Identifying and carefully evaluate risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle and working with multiple functions to mitigate them
    • Keeping Customers updated about design changes and relevant commercial implications. Provide information about the latest advancements in upgrades opportunities to Customer.
    • Operating according to performance indicators, e.g. timeliness of project launch, quality of project report, project productivity, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a bachelor's degree in Engineer with Oil & Gas industry experience
    • Have at least 3 years' experience in project management
    • Show experience of project cost control and managing customer contractual requirements to successful completion
    • Experience in site execution, installation and commissioning
    • Be IPMA or PMP certified

    Service Delivery Geoscientist- Formation Testing and Sampling

    Take ownership for industry leading projects

    As a Service Delivery Geoscientist, you will be providing expertise in this field of geosciences through technical input to our organization and to our customers. You will be collaborating with our product lines and customers to provide guidance for ownership of project needs and requirements to ensure successful delivery.

    You will be responsible for

    • Performing Real Time QA/QC of logging operations, data validation and on job analysis of gradients and fluid identification.
    • Integrating petrophysical evaluation results into the formation testing and sampling program design.
    • Conducting formation testing and fluid sampling studies using appropriate state-of-the-art techniques.
    • Assisting and advising the product line for pre-job planning with the client, tool configuration, on-job support and post job review.
    • Involving in direct sales / upselling and technical support of high-end services
    • Preparing technical interpretation reports for Wireline and Drilling services.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Be a graduate in related fields (Science, Engineering, Technology) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Master’s degree in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering is preferred but not essential
    • Have Operations/Field experience in Wireline and/or Drilling Services is a plus
    • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Have demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
    • Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
    • Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
    • Have established project management skills

    • The Service Delivery Technical Manager for SSA to ensure flawless execution by leading a team focused on technical job planning, real time operation support, incident management and day-to-day client support.
    • This position is accountable for the service delivery performance for the assigned region and product portfolio as well as driving service delivery productivity.
    • The position works in close collaboration with the various Service Delivery Managers and Remote Operations managers within the region to drive consistency and service delivery execution excellence, while maximizing the revenue, cost and cash collection.

    Responsibilities
    As an SSA Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Taking accountability for product line service delivery performance within the region
    • Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with our core values, non-negotiables and cultural pillars
    • Working closely with the Service Delivery Managers and AMO managers to understand activity forecast and verify appropriate resource mix to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery
    • Conducting readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary
    • Participating with in local business performance reviews meeting with key accounts
    • Identifying  any gaps in local capabilities and develop improvement plans to ensure compliance with global standards

    • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline from an accredited University or relevant industry experience within Oil & gas
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Service and Technical Advising.

    • Have a mind-set of customer intimacy and continuous engagement to ensure excellence in service delivery
    • Have excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
