Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities, including fiber cable laying, splicing, splitter/cabinet installation, and equipment setup.
• Ensure project quality, safety, and progress meet design and standard requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor work plans, materials, and manpower to achieve timely delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare daily/weekly progress and quality reports.
• Support troubleshooting, technical guidance, and corrective actions for on-site issues.
• Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance at all sites.
• Manage and organize construction documents for project acceptance and audit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of telecom field experience, preferably in FTTH/FTTX projects.
• Solid understanding of ODN network structure, fiber splicing/testing, and construction standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and travel frequently for on-site work.
• EHS or telecom vendor certification (Huawei, ZTE, FiberHome, etc.) is an advantage.

• Perform fiber optic splicing, testing, and installation (single-mode/multi-mode).
• Prepare fiber cables, manage fibers, install closures, and ensure quality meets standards.
• Conduct OTDR and optical power testing; provide reports.
• Support fiber installation, commissioning, cut-over, and troubleshooting on site.
• Maintain work records and follow site safety/EHS rules.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Telecom, Electronics, or related field.
• 2+ years fiber splicing or fiber optic construction experience.
• Skilled in fusion splicer, OTDR, and optical test tools.
• Knowledge of fiber communication and cable structures.
• Team player, adaptable to on-site work and overtime.
• Telecom operator project experience preferred.
