    Client Services Associate

    About the Role

    • The Client Services Associate will work closely with the Head of Operations to strengthen and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including collectors, VIPs, and exhibitors. 
    • This role is integral to ART X’s mission, focusing on sales, relationship management, and ensuring exceptional Guest and Exhibitor Relations to enhance client retention and drive profitability. 
    • As a Client Services Associate, you will communicate with high-net-worth individuals, corporate professionals, and VIPs to support their engagement with the fair. 
    • Additionally, you will manage the database of invited guests, oversee guest registration processes, and support the sales of corporate hospitality packages.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing collectors, VIPs, other high-net-worth and international guests.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for collectors, VIPs, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication to foster long-term relationships.
    • Support exhibitors by maintaining strong relationships and providing assistance where needed.
    • Assist with developing and executing sales strategies for corporate hospitality packages and guest ticket sales, including creating promotional materials.
    • Manage and nurture existing partnerships, fostering effective communication and sustained collaboration.
    • Work with the Head of Operations to oversee guest registrations and reservations, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient record-keeping.
    • Maintain and update customer relationship database, including data clean-up, segmentation, as well as prepare reports and insights
    • Collaborate with internal teams—such as Communications, Design, Events, and Operations—to deliver a seamless guest experience.
    • Develop, update, and implement operational processes, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Guest and Exhibitor Relations.
    • Document client feedback, identify lessons learned, and share best practices to enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Operations.

    About You

    • The ideal candidate must be flexible, proactive, and adept at cultivating relationships. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

    • A minimum of 5 years experience with customer relationship and/or account management.

    Partnerships Associate

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a proactive Partnerships Associate with a keen eye for detail, an analytical mindset and a passion for forging strategic relationships. This role is pivotal in supporting the Marketing & Partnerships Lead by driving the identification, acquisition, and management of sponsorships and partnerships that move ART X's initiatives forward.
    • You will assist in developing and executing sponsorship and partnership strategies by researching potential partners, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between ART X and external stakeholders. This includes supporting negotiations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, and nurturing long-term relationships to enhance ART X’s brand visibility both locally and internationally.
    • Your responsibilities will be both operational and strategic, requiring you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate potential sponsorships and strategic partnerships that align with ART X’s mission and objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive and tailored presentations that identify and strategically address the unique requirements of both the potential/existing partner and ART X, clearly articulating the mutual benefits and value proposition of the partnership.
    • Spearhead the management and nurturing of existing partnerships, ensuring effective communication and long-term collaboration.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for external partners and sponsors, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
    • Liaise with internal teams—including Communications and Design, Events, Guest Relations, Operations, etc—to ensure cohesive execution of partner initiatives and campaigns.
    • Develop, maintain, and update operational processes, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for  Partnership Management.
    • Document lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor partner and sponsor campaign performance metrics and compile regular reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimise.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing & Partnerships Lead.

    About You

    • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

    Other key requirements include:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing operations, sponsorship, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the art, culture, or creative sectors; experience with international brands, as well as with audiences in Nigeria/Africa is preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to support operational processes and manage partnerships or sponsorships.

    Content & Communications Associate

    About the Role

    • Reporting directly to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Content & Communications Associate will be responsible for all aspects of brand storytelling. 
    • In this role, you will craft, curate, and refine compelling narratives that reflect the ART X brand and resonate with our diverse audiences. 
    • Your creative output will span multiple media channels, including digital, print, and video, ensuring a consistent and engaging voice across all touchpoints. 
    • You will work collaboratively with our creative, marketing, and design teams to bring our vision to life and enhance our global presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with developing and executing brand storytelling strategies that align with ART X’s mission, ensuring a consistent and engaging narrative across all platforms.
    • Create, edit, and manage content for various channels including websites, social media, press releases, email campaigns, blogs, and video scripts.
    • Maintain and update an editorial calendar to ensure timely content production and delivery that supports ART X’s marketing campaigns and events.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality, visually appealing content that complements written narratives.
    • Conduct interviews, research, and content curation to gather authentic stories from artists, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure brand consistency by upholding the organisation’s tone, style, and messaging guidelines in every piece of content.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and content creators to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality content on schedule.
    • Monitor content performance metrics and audience engagement, providing insights and recommendations to continuously optimise our content strategy.
    • Support cross-functional projects by providing creative content support for events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
    • Identify striking images that can be used on the ART X website, publications, newsletters and guest invites.
    • Provide support for content on the CEO’s Social Media channels when requested.
    • Regularly review and update content strategies based on evolving industry trends, audience feedback, and emerging technologies to keep ART X at the forefront of cultural communications.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
    • Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning sessions to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Ensure all content is received from external vendors as per the video policy guide and all content is filed correctly.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Communications Manager.

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
