Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective teaching on the IT courses as assigned by the institute
• Provide hands-on training and real-world examples to enhance learning experiences.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to students throughout their learning journey.
• Engage and Inspire Students by creating a motivating and supportive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
• Regularly asses and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, quizzes and exams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching materials and sessions

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or training experience or equivalent industry experience in the relevant technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CCNA, CCNP, Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Red Hat System and Network Administration, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, Windows Azure Cloud Technologies etc.
• Competence in configuring live Cisco network devices such as the routers, switches, wireless and the Cyber Security tools.

• Experience in database management and design e.g. Ms SQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.
• Knowledge of Data Science & Analytics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information about our courses to prospective students.
• Responsible for driving sales and achieving targets etc.
• Advising customers on the most suitable courses to enroll for.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone, email and face-to-face meetings.
• Ensuring that students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected programs
• Maintain and increase sales of the Organization Products.
• Maintain and manage a data base of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize outreach and promotion of courses

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing or any related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in sales.
