Job Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate activities at the co-working center / hub. Ensure the facility is properly maintained and functioning optimally
• Take audit and keep records of visitors to the co-working center, track visitor subscriptions and provide support
• Manage training schedules and co-rodinate with coaches and students
• Seek out partnerships and sponsorships for the co-working / innovation center
• Receive incoming calls / emails and provide information on inquiries
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with visitors of the co-working center
• Manage social media accounts and promote activities of the co-working center online
• Plan community events to promote the co-working center and its activities.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc qualification
• Human management / relationship management skills
• Candidate must live around the Lekki / ajah Axis
• Must be articulate able to respond to emails fluently
• Computer Literate, must have knowledge of using the web browser, Microsoft word and excel
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good comprehension / Analytical skills.

• The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of front end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing constructive feedback to students, and guiding them through real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality lessons on front end development topics using a variety of instructional techniques, including lectures, demos, and hands-on exercises
• Create and maintain learning materials, such as slides, code samples, and project templates
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and help them overcome challenges
• Guide students through real-world projects and ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in practical settings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front end development and incorporate them into your teaching
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continually improve our curriculum and teaching methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Front End Developer or related role
• Strong understanding of front end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective lessons and training materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with teaching or mentoring is a plus.

Requirements
Criteria for the UI/UX Designer / Trainer:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Good communication & presentation skills to effectively and clearly convey concepts, solutions and design articulations
• Candidates will be training students & working on UI/UX clients projects.
• Hands-on experience on primary tools like Figma, Fig-jam, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS-Excel
• Good to know tools– Sketch, Adobe Aero, WebAr, Marvel, Principle, Protopie, Blender, Lottie Files, Google Analytics
• Strong conceptualization and visualization of UI concepts and design oriented solutions
• Understands color theory and typography usage
• Good experience in UX design principles & best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first approach & responsive design
• Ability to understand requirements and articulate problem statements of the project
• Good knowledge in building content & graphics for necessary elements in mockup design
• Practice & demonstrate user-centered design and design thinking methods.
