    In-House Counsel

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior In-House Counsel to support our legal and compliance operations.
    • This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 2 - 3 years experience to gain in-house legal experience in a food manufacturing industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and internal policies
    • Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with Nigerian corporate, labor, and manufacturing laws.
    • Prepare and review SOP’s as required
    • Conduct legal research and prepare memos, opinions, and reports on relevant legal issues.
    • Support the management of legal documents, filings, and case files.
    • Help coordinate responses to audits, compliance checks, or litigation matters.
    • Attend internal meetings and provide basic legal advice to departments as required.

    Qualifications / Experience

    • LL.B. and B.L.from a recognized Nigerian university and the Nigerian Law School.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a commercial lawyer.
    • 1–2 years post-call experiencein a law firm or in-house legal department.
    • Solid understanding of Nigerian corporate and labor laws.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to oversee and manage sales operations for our snacks company across various channels, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, institutional sales, traffic sales, and corporate sales.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills who can drive sales growth and enhance our market presence in a designated geographical area, which may include multiple cities and areas.

    Quality Assurance Intern (NYSC)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented NYSC corps member to join our Quality Assurance team.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in monitoring and enforcing quality standards during production
    • Conduct routine checks and inspections across production lines
    • Support product sampling, laboratory testing, and documentation
    • Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
    • Help maintain proper records in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

    Qualification / Experience

    • Must be a serving NYSC corps member
