    Chief Technology Officer

    Key Responsibilities
    Technology Leadership:

    • Define and execute Arya Marketplace's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
    • Lead the transition from Laravel PHP to Node.js (backend) and React (frontend) within the next 2 years.
    • Evaluate and integrate scalable cloud solutions, database architectures, and emerging technologies.

    Product Development & Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the product team to design and implement new features and enhancements.
    • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for merchants and buyers on the platform.
    • Prioritize platform performance, security, and scalability for high transaction volumes.

    Team Management:

    • Build, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, engineers, and QA specialists.
    • Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure rapid and reliable development cycles.

    Infrastructure & Security:

    • Optimize platform infrastructure for reliability and cost efficiency.
    • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect user data and payment information.

    Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with the CEO and other co-founders to align on business objectives.
    • Represent the company’s technology vision to investors, partners, and other stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years experience.

    Technical Skills:

    • Languages & Frameworks: Expertise in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js, React), and modern web technologies.
    • Database: Proficiency in relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
    • Cloud: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for hosting, storage, and DevOps.
    • APIs: Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience transitioning toGraphQL.
    • Frontend: Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.

    Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist

    Description 
    Talent Sourcing and Management:

    • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manages the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
    • Ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations.

    Learning and Development:

    • Designs, develops, and delivers training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Conducts needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
    • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Manages the company's learning management system (LMS).

    Talent Management:

    • Develops and implements talent management strategies to retain and develop employees.
    • Creates and manages succession plans to ensure continuity in key roles.
    • Collaborates with line managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
    • Analyzes HR data to inform talent management decisions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years on hand experience in HR, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
    • Proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and learning and development.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and human management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Experience with HRIS systems and LMS platforms.
    • Adequate knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably manufacturing (FMCG)

    Professional Qualification:

    • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPMN.)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Defining the overall vision and strategy for a product, prioritizing features and maximizing its value to customers and the business implementing varied user feedback.
    • Developing product specifications and requirements
    • Creating and updating your product roadmap.
    • Market research and competitive analysis.
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams.

    • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Customer Service, Sales Certified Specialist (CSSC) and Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)

    Technical knowledge:

    • Comprehensive Understanding of ISP services, Industry trend awareness, Cross-selling and Upselling, Lead New Business pitches and onboard new customers, Pipeline Management, Product and service knowledge, SLA management, Lead generation, Lead closure, Customer Relationship, MS Word and MS Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Technique, Analytical Skills, Sales Proposal, Research customer wants and needs, Sales Retention, Persuasive Selling and objection handling, Customer Mapping and penetration.

    Skills:

    • Oral skills, Written Skills, Time Management, Clear communication, Conceptual selling, Negotiation. Emotional Intelligence, Presentation (public speaking), Supervisory, Coaching, relationship management
