Key Responsibilities

• The staff is required to grow our assets under management using their wealth of experience and client base to sell the product and services of the company.
• Manage client assets according to investment preferences and goals.
• Meet with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals and progress.
• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts.
• Develop, organize and maintain client portfolios.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• Relevant professional qualifications. A relevant Master’s degree/ MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3-8 years cognate experience. Experience should typically be in credit/marketing, relationship management, treasury sales, private banking and funds management functions in the banking sector.
• Ability to generate income, grow customer base and manage strategic relationships with clients/ customers.
• Strong marketing, relationship management and networking skills.

Job Summary

• The Digital Field Officer is responsible for implementing and managing digital initiatives in the field to support organizational goals. This role involves overseeing digital projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that digital tools and technologies are effectively utilized to improve operational efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential distributors and merchants in assigned areas
• Assist distributors and merchants in completing know your customer (KYC) requirements
• Guide new partners through the Red101 registration process
• Provide training on the Red101 App features and benefits
• Verify submitted KYC documents for accuracy and completeness
• Follow up on any incomplete or pending KYC submissions
• Encourage consistent usage of the Red101 App for digital transactions
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues merchants face while using the app
• Daily visits to onboard new merchants/distributors
• Daily visits to already onboarded merchants/distributors
• Provide weekly progress reports to the Regional Digital Sales Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science from any reputable institution
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the FMCG sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with distribution networks, retail operations, and trade marketing in the FMCG space
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet onboarding and transactional targets
• Technical knowledge of payments, technology, Applications and FMCG SFAs is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Operations

• Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's long-term vision and strategic objectives
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence
• Oversee the smooth execution of business activities across various departments

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory requirements (such as Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines) and international best practices

Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Research and Analysis

• Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform investment decisions
• Oversee research initiatives to enhance the firm's investment capabilities

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Establish performance benchmarks and metrics to evaluate investment performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field
• Possession of a higher degree (MBA or MSc) and professional certification (ACS, ACA, CFA, etc.) is required
• SEC-sponsored individual is preferred
• Over 12 years of proven experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role within an asset management company
• Proven ability to interpret regulatory announcements and evaluate their potential effects on investment portfolios
• Demonstrable understanding of mutual fund administration and regulatory reporting
• Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office 365 Suites
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
