    Design Officer

    Job Summary 

    • The Design Officer is responsible for leading the design effort on a variety of projects in the organization especially as regards aesthetic qualities, designing innovative solutions to real market problems working closely with Operation and Business Development team , to develop new design/ product offerings, improve existing ones and making sure that projected designs match the needs of clients. Also, the individual is expected to work with Senior project Architect in coordinating site supervision among other related assignments.
    • This is a hands-on role that is responsible for developing and maintaining a motivated installation team towards achieving installation schedules.

    Key Responsibilies

    • Professionally execute client design briefs ensuring acceptance without complaint or modification on first submission
    • Ensure the achievement and adherence to cost objectives for functional area
    • Achieve set annual turnover from design advisory services
    • Stay abreast with technology advancements in design and implement at least 1 cost effective innovation annually to ensure the company’s products and services standout
    • Leverage and upsell design advisory in achieving additional 20% in revenues from job orders

    Corporate Services Responsibilities

    • Raising of Job instruction and order for cost drafting and technical details extraction.
    • Administer executives’ record-keeping system
    • Maintains office inventory and initiates requisition.
    • Prepare Invoice for Clients based on client brief and GQ
    • Agreement with client

    Project Supervision

    • Ensure site visitation on assigned project for prompt effectiveness.
    • Ensure readiness of the Site either directly handle or otherwise and properly integrate project teams with every detail of the site.
    • Ensure project teams are driving the installation according to technical drawing & details.
    • Support Sr. Project Architect with project/installation deliverables

    Senior Project Architect

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Project Architect is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of furniture delivery and installation from start to finish
    • He / she will coordinate and handle all aspects of project execution within defined schedules and coordinate the
    • activities of the Installation team on site. He will liaise with all internal teams and ensure that all technical requirements are incorporated in the project design and installation documentations. This is a hands-on role that is responsible for developing and maintaining a motivated installation team towards achieving installation schedules.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day project management for multiple projects.
    • Conduct site survey and assessment to determine site readiness.
    • Work with Creative Design and Design Technical to meet Clients requirements.
    • Schedule pre-installation and post-installation meetings with the installation team and supervisors and all other relevant team members.
    • Ensure that installation drawings are accurate and complete, and that any additional information required for installation is provided for the installation team on site.
    • Oversee all aspects of the project implementation and provide timely and periodic project status update for prompt management decisions.
    • Plan and supervise product delivery and installation, including performance of work and timeliness of task completion.
    • Analyze and resolve site issues that affect installation activities.
    • Conduct quality inspection of work done on site by installation team and also identify and resolve snags.
    • Attend site meetings and act as point of contact for clients for project communication during the execution phase.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation of key project decisions.
    • Provide timely and formal written communication throughout project executions period and disseminate all critical information to clients and project teams.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrate analytical and quantitative decision-making skills.

    Customers/ Corporate Services Officer

    Job Summary

    • To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. To assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise, leveraging the showroom display environment and to encourage customers to purchase products. And also effective and efficient administration of the Showroom including its facilities.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Liaise with business development team to support sales efforts.

    Administration:

    • Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
    • Assign and monitor administrative tasks among office staff.
    • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
    • Analyze internal processes and suggest improvements.
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and handle acquisitions.
    • Ensure a safe and secure working environment.

    Human Resources Support:

    • Assist HR manager in handling staff issues at the head office.

     

     

    Requirements

    • Possess OND, HND or Bachelor's degree
