    Hydra Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Operate heavy equipment like HYDRA, bulldozers, forklift, and other related equipment.
    • Operate the equipment in the right direction and angles to prevent accidents and damage of property.
    • Ensure and manage the machines or equipment in a safe and secure way.
    • Perform periodical safety, maintenance or servicing checks to ensure proper
    • functioning of the equipment.
    • Inform and advise the management or repairmen for major repairs or maintenance
    • Drive and control the equipment
    • Respond to directions by the staff and work in coordination with them
    • Maintain proper coordination and cooperation with the road and transport system while driving/working, so that the normal activities are not disrupted.
    • Operate the equipment manually and also through the use of electronic or technical methods of operation.
    • Work in adherence to safe practices, procedures, work site or traffic laws.
    • Provide support for successful completion of construction and engineering work.
    • Perform other duties, as and when assigned.

    Qualification

    • Proven experience operating a Hydra crane or similar hydraulic lifting equipment, typically at least 2years.
    • Familiarity with hydraulic systems, rigging techniques, and lifting operations.
    • Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is advantageous.

    Technical Skills:

    • Ability to operate Hydra crane equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Strong understanding of load weights, balance, and rigging methods.
    • Proficiency in using hydraulic controls and basic maintenance of equipment.
    • Ability to read and understand load charts and site plans.

    Purlin Machine Operator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrate and set up roll-forming lines (turn styles, decoilers, and cutters) to meet production blueprints.
    • Production Monitoring: Feed metal coils into the machine and monitor the automated process to detect defects, malfunctions, or improper bending.
    • Quality Control: Inspect finished purlins for precise dimensions, web width, and flange height using measuring tools, performing weight checks.
    • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventative maintenance on rollers, cutters, and punching dies, resolving minor technical malfunctions.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety rules, including wearing PPE, performing lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintaining a clean work area.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate daily production logs, including tracking coil usage and recording maintenance downtimes.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational training or technical degree is a plus).
    • Experience: Previous experience (often 2-5+ years) as a machine operator, specifically within a roll-forming or metal manufacturing environment.
    • Skills: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with measuring tools (tape measures), and basic computer skills for operating control systems.

    Autocad Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drafting & Design: Generate precise 2D layouts and 3D models of components, piping, or structures using AutoCAD.
    • Design Modification: Revise existing drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or construction teams.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate with project teams (mechanical, civil, structural) to ensure design feasibility and resolve potential clashes.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including "as-built" drawings and revision history.
    • Technical Accuracy: Verify designs for accuracy, ensuring proper dimensioning, scaling, and adherence to company standards.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree / B.Tech / HND in any relevant Engineering field
    • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
