    Head, Business Transformation

    Job Summary

    • The Head, Business Transformation is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting of digital initiatives across the business.

    Job Description

    • Lead the enterprise in planning and implementing digital initiatives to support both business operations.
    • Develop plans for implementation of the digital program in alignment with Coronation MB’s Digital vision
    • Execute and monitor implementation of digital transformation program

    Education and Experience

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business transformation in financial industry.
    • Knowledge or expertise in field of IT systems, technology, SaaS platforms, enterprise software and end user devices.

    Intelligent Automation Developer

    Job Summary

    • The Intelligent Automation Developer is a member of the core process automation team and is responsible for identifying, selecting, configuring and implementing automated solutions (robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, etc.).
    • He/she identifies business processes in need of improvement in terms of process optimization and automation and builds the RPA project using the relevant automation tools.
    • He/she will work closely with other teams while executing the automation program and may serve in a supervisory role in these engagements while also assisting with support and development work.

    • 5+ years’ experience in digitizing back-office processes (e.g., Finance, HR, contact centers, or industry specific processing operations), preferably in Financial Services industry
    • Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes

    • The Digital Platform Developer is responsible for the design, build and management of digital platforms on which digital products are offered to CMB’s prospects and customers.
    • The Developer will also be responsible for the development of services and APIs for external 3rd party integrations.     UI / UX Developer

    Job Summary

    • The UI/UX developer is a combined position, requiring the skillsets of both a UX Designer and UI Developer, primarily focusing on interaction design.
    • The position assists development teams with the final look, feel and behavior of the interface in different contexts.

    • Actively advises developers on accessibility requirements and vulnerability remediation.

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years programming experience in UI/ UX design/ development
    • Must have familiarity with UX/UI application design and development using any of the frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, Foundation etc
    • Familiarity with source control solutions such as Git, SVN or similar
    • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
