The Intelligent Automation Developer is a member of the core process automation team and is responsible for identifying, selecting, configuring and implementing automated solutions (robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, etc.).
He/she identifies business processes in need of improvement in terms of process optimization and automation and builds the RPA project using the relevant automation tools.
He/she will work closely with other teams while executing the automation program and may serve in a supervisory role in these engagements while also assisting with support and development work.
Job Description
Drive the conceptual and detailed design of enterprise scale robotics and intelligent automation capabilities
Design technical specification document for RPA Projects
Evaluate RPA and AI tools and provide recommendations on a case-by-case basis for automation
Define the technical framework considering all relevant artefacts (user authentication, user authorization, hosting & environments, etc.)
Design, develop, test automation workflows
Deployment of RPA components: bots, robots, development tools
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects with respect to intelligent automation
Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
Assist Support teams to resolve issues with respect to intelligent automation
Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
Education and Experience
First Degree in any field (A degree in a technical field is an added advantage)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of intelligent automation and cognitive platforms like Blue Prism, UiPath, WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, etc.
5+ years’ experience in digitizing back-office processes (e.g., Finance, HR, contact centers, or industry specific processing operations), preferably in Financial Services industry
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
Demonstrable knowledge of business process improvement (e.g. lean management, agile methodologies, etc.)
