Job Summary

• The lawyer will prepare proper legal citation and statutory interpretation and maintain accurate case files, notes and reports and work closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
• Scheduling and conducting depositions of witnesses and experts and researching legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes and regulations
• Negotiating cases to meet the needs of the firm and the client
