The lawyer will prepare proper legal citation and statutory interpretation and maintain accurate case files, notes and reports and work closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.
Responsibilities
Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
Scheduling and conducting depositions of witnesses and experts and researching legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes and regulations
Negotiating cases to meet the needs of the firm and the client
Making sure all parties are carrying out their court order sentence and paying the necessary fines and writing legal documents such as contracts, lawsuits, deeds, wills and appeals.
Requirements
BSc in Law.
Minimum of 3-6 years of strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
