    Senior Manager – Operations

    About the Job:

    • Starcare International Hospital is seeking a proactive, strategic, and experienced Senior Manager – Operations to lead and streamline hospital operations across all departments. This role is pivotal to ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. You will work closely with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to implement systems and processes that align with Starcare’s mission of “The starlit way to better health.”

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee daily hospital operations including outpatient, inpatient, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services.
    • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment in goals, resource utilization, and staff productivity.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), patient flow, turnaround times, and resource allocation.

    • Proven expertise in hospital workflow management, systems thinking, and cross-departmental coordination.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

    • Proficiency in hospital management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Desirable:
