    Senior Wealth Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Manager, who will be responsible for driving high-value customer acquisition, portfolio growth, advisory excellence, and relationships management for affluent and upper–mass market customers. This role leads business development efforts, manages large ticket portfolios, and supports the overall growth strategy of the Wealth team by generating sustainable monthly revenue contributions. The successful candidate will play a critical role mentoring other Wealth Managers and collaborate closely with leadership to shape customer experience and product performance.

    What you will be doing

    Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth

    • Source, acquire, and onboard high-value customers (HNI/upper mass market) into the bank’s wealth portfolio.

    Head of Loan

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Loans, who will provide operational and leadership oversight for all lending activities within Katsu MFB. This role is responsible for designing and executing the bank’s loan strategy, building strong credit and sales operations, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving sustainable loan book growth across retail, micro, SME, and structured/commodity-linked lending.
    • The role will also be responsible for leading Credit Sales, Loan Operations, Field/Loan Agents, Remedial/Collections, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Product to drive a healthy, scalable lending business.

    What you will be doing

    Strategy and Business Leadership

    • Develop and execute the overall lending strategy for Katsu MFB in alignment with business and risk appetite.
    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable targets across retail, SME, group lending, and ecosystem-linked products.
    • Lead expansion of lending channels including agent networks, field teams, digital journeys, and ecosystem integrations.

    Loan Portfolio Growth and Performance

    • Supervise portfolio performance, monitor trends, and adjust strategy to maintain a healthy book.

    Requirements
    Special Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
    • 8–12+ years of experience in lending, credit operations, or loan management.
    • Strong background in Microfinance, Digital Lending, SME Lending, or Structured Lending.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales and credit teams.
    • Strong understanding of CBN Microfinance guidelines and operational frameworks.
    • Experience with ecosystems, commodity-linked, or supply-chain lending is a plus.

    Recovery Manager

    • We are seeking an experienced Recovery Manager, who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the bank’s collections and recovery activities to minimize loan defaults, reduce non-performing loans (NPL), and ensure the overall health of the loan portfolio. The role oversees early-stage, late-stage, and field collections teams, ensures adherence to recovery strategies, and drives efficiency in delinquency management across micro, SME, digital, and ecosystem-linked lending. The role plays a critical role in safeguarding the bank’s asset quality through proactive monitoring, workflow optimization, and effective engagement with customers, guarantors, and recovery partners.


    What you will be doing

    Collections and Recovery Leadership

    • Lead, supervise, and coordinate in-house collections teams (early, mid, and late-stage).
    • Oversee field recovery activities, including skip tracing, customer visits, and asset repossession (where applicable).
    • Implement and refine recovery strategies to reduce PAR and NPL ratios.
    • Manage outsourced recovery partners and ensure performance against agreed SLAs.

    Portfolio Monitoring and Delinquency Management
