    Welders

    • Certified Welder for Tig and Mig  Welding 
    • 3 years’ experience in a fabrication or similar workshop.
    • Skilled in using basic work shop tools, i.e. Grinders. Tig and Mig Welding Equipment, Air Tools, Sanders Oxy Acetylene Equipment etc.
    • Basic reading & writing skills English

    HSE Officer

    Carry out the day-to-day operations of HSE department and contribute to the application of effective Health, Safety and Environmental management by providing technical support. He/she will assist to co-ordinate, support and advise the Business on all aspects with regards to Health and Safety. To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within the company are adhered to.

    • Support the development of Health and Safety policies and programs
    • Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
    • Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
    • Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting

    • Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
    • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
    • Assist in reviewing existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
    • Initiate and organize Health and Safety training of employees and executives
    • Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
    • Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
    • Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety and welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business
    • Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
    • Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
    • Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

    Auto Electrician

    The Electrician will be mainly involved in installing and repairing electrical wiring, diagnosing problems with vehicle electrical systems, repairing damaged electrical parts, and maintaining electrical equipment for automotive machinery

    • Installing new vehicle wiring systems.

    Upholsterer

    The upholsterer will make and repair upholstery for our clients. You will be responsible for meeting with the client or design agent, selecting the appropriate materials for the job, and installing the upholstery to meet the desired specifications. You may also be required to dismantle and rebuild furniture in which the upholstery has been replaced.

    • Meeting with clients and design agents to discuss upholstery ideas.
    • Interpreting design orders and creating upholstery stencils.
    • Selecting and sourcing upholstery materials.
    • Dismantling furniture for upholstery preparation.
    • Measuring and cutting leather or fabric with the aid of design stencils.
    • Installing foam and batting to the furniture framework.
    • Installing and repairing furniture webbing and seating springs.

    Inventory Officer(Technical)

    The Inventory Officer will track, monitor and report on company’s inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.

    • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
    • Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
    • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
    • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
    • Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
    • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

    Panel Beater/Finsher

    The panel beater will be responsible for assessing damaged vehicles, estimating the cost of repairs, and repairing vehicles to their original condition. You will also be required to liaise with clients and maintain high safety standards in the workplace. 

    • Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
    • Managing customer expectations.
    • Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.
    • Regularly updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
    • Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray-painting panels.
    • Accommodating customization requests.
    • Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
    • Operating recovery vehicles

    Fuel / Diesel Mechanic

    • Run diagnostic tests on vehicles.
    • Analyze diagnostic test results.
    • Replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems.

    • Perform preventative maintenance on service trucks.
