    Channel Sales Engineer - Anambra

    Responsibilities

    • Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met
    • Responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Channel Partners
    • Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data to independently identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges
    • Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channel compensation scheme)
    • Conducts a minimum of ten face-to-face customer visits and three distribution partner meetings per week
    • Manage the terminal store: Ensure that the booth is clean, materials are complete, samples are reasonable and demonstrations are sufficient
    • Organize dealers and shop promoters to conduct product training and examination according to the product launch rhythm
    • Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or above
    • 2+ years of channel sales experience in Key Account&Traditional
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in retail & distribution agreements is essential
    • Rich experience in marketing, terminal management and training
    • Fluent in English
    • Good analytical Excel/PPT/Word and advanced presentation skills
    • Travel up to 50%

    New Business IT Channel Sales

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the overall expansion and management of our new line of products and their distribution channels; be able to create and improve specific implementation systems and workflows.
    • Monitor and act upon market trends and competitor information; provide relevant and constructive insights.
    • Grow the Digital Signage market: market analysis, new client prospecting, competition analysis, distributer and reseller prospecting
    • Present products and solutions to internal and external clients
    • Attend to end users in with sub-wholesalers or distributors to close projects
    • Brand promotion

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of technical and commercial experience in Digital Signage
    • Be able to independently develop markets
    • More than 5 years of IT distribution channel work experience is preferred, as well as candidates who already have IT customer portfolios;
    • Relevant experience in storage, display, transmission, access control, alarm, and video intercom is preferred.
    • Experience in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting for clients, follow-up on proposals, negotiations, product presentation, and closing sales
    • Experience in the development of technical training for internal and external clients
    • Availability to travel
    • Intermediate English
