    Leasing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing unit in accordance with Mandilas' policies and standards.
    • He/she will be responsible for all leasing functions which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

    Scope and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing policies to increase customer base and profitability.
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Develop marketing plans to support positive business and customer relationships.
    • Manage all customer issues to ensure effective resolution.
    • Drive productivity and budgeting performance of the unit
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential leasing volumes and effect of competitors' operations on leasing services.
    • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
    • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
    • Enforce administrative policies, processes, and workflow.
    • Promote a strong team culture within the unit.
    • Manage the performance, learning and development of the team.
    • Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
    • Professional certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), is an advantage.
    • MBA or Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Management is also an advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years' cognate experience.

    Audit Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Audit Manager will provide an objective and independent assurance with regards to the effectiveness of Mandilas Group Enterprises Limited's risk management, audit and internal control processes to minimise risk exposure and improve organisational efficiency.

    Scope and Responsibilities

    • Oversee audit reviews, examination of records, reports, and operating practices within Mandilas departments. Validate audit findings and prepare preliminary audit report and recommendations.
    • Review business processes, identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for better efficiency or control in Mandilas. Facilitate periodic update of Company-wide policies and procedures with emerging leading practices, enhanced controls.
    • Support the Group Head, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance in the development and tracking of the Mandilas' annual audit plans and programme.
    • Review administrative processes and procedures with a view to explore possible improvement opportunities and take precautionary measures against identified gaps.
    • Keep abreast with Federal, State and Local financial and legal requirements to ensure Mandilas is in compliance with regulations.
    • Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative final audit report to effectively communicate the findings and recommendations of the department.
    • Monitor and ascertain the establishment of various control mechanisms, procedures and practices, their implementation, and adequacies.
    • Develop and ensure approval of internal audit and risk management strategies as well as action plans to promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
    • Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field.
    • MBA or Master's Degree in related field is an advantage.
    • Relevant professional certification e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) or its equivalent is required
    • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years' relevant experience.

    • Stakeholder management, Enterprise risk management

    Product Management Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Product Management Officer is responsible for supporting the Product Manager in achieving product sales growth and hitting sales targets.
    • He/she will support the implementation of strategic sales plan that expands Mandilas' customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.

    Scope and Responsibilities

    • Research and recommends prospects for new business opportunities.
    • Research and analyses sales options.
    • Builds and maintains relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Collects and analyses information and prepares data and sales reports. Supports product demos and sales promotion initiatives/programmes.
    • Supports in preparing monthly revenue forecast and budget implementation. Drives data collection and reporting.
    • Attends workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job. Builds and maintains professional networks.
    • Meets with potential clients to determine their needs.
    • Carry out other duties as assigned by line manager.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or any Business-related discipline from a reputable institution
    • MBA or a Masters' Degree in related discipline is an added advantage
    • Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Product Management or a related field.
