Job Descriptions:
 

• Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
• Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Answer phone calls in a timely and polite manner
• Deal with visitors queries and provide correct information
• Reply electronic mail and sort all paper mails accordingly
• Organize courier deliveries

• Handle ALL customer related issues with proper guidance from Management
• Monitor people coming & going through the reception area

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• OND qualification with 2 years’ experience is same role
• Microsoft Office proficiency - MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good oral communication skills
• Must be neat and presentable
• Telephone Ethics
• Must be social media savvy
