    Business Development Manager

    Candidate is expected to:

    • Possess a upto 4 years’ experience in selling and marketing training/consulting services.
    • Possess excellent presentation, Negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Be excellent in the use of Microsoft office package.
    • Be seasoned in the field of marketing and sales and have a good knowledge of the market and target.
    • Have a deep understanding of marketing principles.
    • Be initiative and able to provide quality leadership to a  team of sales executives.
    • Be a team player with the confidence to take the lead, and guide other employees.
    • Possess the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, goals and targets.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Discovering and exploring opportunities; Identifying and/or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential prospects and ensuring said deasl are closed.
    • Planning and preparing presentations; setting up and attending meetings.
    • Developing individual and team sales goals and ensuring they are met.
    • Providing quality leadership to a team of sales executives.
    • Participating in budget preparations.
    • Developing Proposals, Business reports and Providing management with feedback.
    • Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
    • Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
    • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Developing and accomplishing company’s goals, ensuring set goals are met and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

    Business Development Executive

    Candidate is expected to:

    • Have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
    • Possess an good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
    • Be socially adept
    • Possess the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
    • Possess prospecting skills and motivation for sales

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Acquiring new clients and selling additional products or services to existing ones
    • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives​​​​​​​
    • Discovering and exploring opportunities; Identifying and following up on potential business deals and prospects and ensuring said deals are closed successfully.
    • Planning and preparing presentations; setting up and attending meetings.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    An experienced Digital Marketing Executive is needed in a startup software development/training company to manage company and clients' online presence.

    He/She is required to:

    • Possess sound graphics design skills and be proficient in the use of graphic design and photo editing apps
    • Be Knowledgeable and experienced in the tenets of digital marketing.
    • Be proficient in content marketing theory and application.
    • Be experienced in sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
    • Exhibit both creative and analytical skills of digital marketing
    • Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
    • Maintain excellent writing and language skills.

    • Visual Design and Web traffic promotion Strategy.
    • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
    • Promotion and Engagement Strategizing
