Responsible for customer interface, supervising and directing technicians in preparing and installing appliances. Supervising maintenance on all appliances and employing electrical tools to carry out jobs on behalf of the company.

Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in an Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related course.
Knowledge Requirements

Minimum of 5 years extensive hands on work experience as a Technician with a minimum of 2 years in supervisory role.
OVERVIEW OF JOB
Responsible for driving the sales of appliances within the showroom. Ensures that products are displayed in line with brand’s visual standards. Responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience by welcoming guests and walk-in customers.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing marketing strategies in line with corporate goals and objectives that will lead to sales and revenue generation. Manages the operations team to ensure quality standards are met and delivery to customers are met at all times.
