Ensure project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensure other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available.
Develop elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
Commits to Company core values and ensure full compliance to QHSE policies, standards, procedures, and job specific requirements by leading and driving the culture of Zero Incident, Zero Accident, and Zero spill initiative for field operations.
Ensure that all necessary field pre-jobs, real-time and post jobs documents are properly utilized and duly signed and filed, whilst monitoring and overseeing the timely production of the quality documentation.
Coordinate with Contractor, Equipment and Service Providers to provide operational forecasts to allow continuous operations and contingency plans. And provide performance feedback where they were needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Must have at least 4 years of experience in Project Management and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Planning.
Have excellent relevant work experience with significant experience in Oil and Gas Service & Services Project Management in the oil & gas industry
Have hands on experience using Primavera software/ Microsoft Project
The role provides the linkage and understanding of reservoir management, production optimization and initiatives within the subsurface and the surface production disciplines to understand the happenings down-hole and its relation to surface Well behavior.
Lead the reservoir management and Production Data Management for the Petroleum Engineering Department and Champion Hydrocarbon Accounting Implementation / Reconciliations
Deliver reservoir simulation, forecasting, dynamic modelling and overall reservoir management within the company’s assets by working with the geomodeller and production geologist
Deliver well & completions designs for all wells, Production optimization and multi‐discipline projects in accordance with World Class Hydrocarbon Maturation and Well Delivery and Intervention projects in accordance with World Class Hydrocarbon Maturation and Well Delivery and Intervention Processes, and the deliverables set by client requirements to optimize Oil & Gas recovery.
Significantly contribute to/ lead the delivery of quality reservoir development studies, field development plan (FDP), the Identification of production improvement opportunities and production optimization studies in conjunction with reservoir engineers, Petro-physicists and production geologists.
Well surveillance - Well Performance monitoring, Monitoring and follow-up/resolution of Production deferment issues, Bean-up candidates identification/ follow-up for execution.
Well Performance Review: Identification of wells for Coil Tubing re-entry and Rig re-entry for repairs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering / Related Technical Disciplines
Minimum of 15-years' core experience in Production Technology / Engineering
Strong working knowledge of IPM-GAP, Prosper, OFM and SAPHIR
Skill sets in Well surveillance, Nodal Analyses, Inflow and outflow performances
Conceptual Completion Design, understanding of a completions design and their services interfaces
Coil Tubing/ Slickline Operations and E-line Operations
