    Issue Resolution Officer

    Responsibilities-

    • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Issue Investigation: Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues. Conduct detailed investigations to understand the root cause of problems
    • Solution Implementation: Provide clear and effective solutions to customers, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's database.
    • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure
    • their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical
    • support, billing) to resolve complex issues that require cross-functional cooperation.
    • Reporting: Generate and present reports on common issues, resolution times, and customer satisfaction to management.
    • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to processes and products based on customer interactions
    • Ensure effective participation in all industry-related settlement activities.
    • Respond to daily reconciliation requests to banks and clients
    • Liaise with banks’ settlement & reconciliation teams to ensure reconciled
    • funds/incomes/fees are transferred to relevant accounts promptly.
    • Ensure the development of SLA or insertion of SLA clauses in business
    • agreements with 3rd.party service providers that will protect the interest of PSB at all times
    • Ensure zero losses that may be due to penalties or wrong settlement.
    • Ensure all internal systems and work processes operate efficiently.
    • Prevent workload backlogs ensure and maximum permitted transaction  processing timelines are not breached.

    QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Accounting or Finance.
    • Advance skills and working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Excellent logical and analytical skills
    • Astuteness with figures
    • Ability to pay attention to details
    • A general knowledge of accounting principles.
    • Over 5 years working experience in the Fintech or banking industry, fully integrated in all aspects of settlement and daily reconciliation process.

    Account Opening and KYC Officer (Support)

    Responsibilities-

    • Ensure proper review of Account opening forms in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.
    • Open accounts for all channels partners, Enterprise partners and clients daily.
    • Review account opening pending document queue and regularizes outstanding documents
    • Ensure complete KYC documentation on all accounts are obtained and treated as per lay down procedure
    • Initiate the lifting of PND on after conducting due diligence
    • Conducts other adhoc activities such as manually logging address verification (AVR), search report, references to other banks, validation of TIN
    • Validation of KYC on customer case management platform
    • Response to general enquiries from both internal and external customers regards account opening documentation.
    • Oversee the resolution of disputed transactions and ensure they are carried out in line with SLA with client/industry standards and regulations
    • Ensure the adequate provision of systems, applications and tools that will aid efficient dispute management service.

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
