    Floor Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Lounge operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring service standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction are consistently top-notch.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily floor operations for both QSR and Lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waiters, hostesses, runners, bartenders, etc.) to deliver excellent customer service.
    • Monitor staff performance, schedules, and adherence to company standards.
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
    • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure timely service and smooth coordination.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to management on ways to improve guest experience and revenue.
    • Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, or special offers.
    • Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
    • Prepare and submit shift reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

    Requirements

    • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
    • 3–5 years’ proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role in hospitality (QSR, lounge, fine dining, or nightlife industry preferred).
    • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.

    Concierge / Hostess

    Summary

    • Concierges are the face of the Clubhouse, ensuring that every guest’s journey is seamless — from the moment they arrive until they leave.
    • They manage reservations, VIP requests, and personalized experiences with discretion, elegance, and charm.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and poise.
    • Manage and confirm reservations, bookings, and guest preferences.
    • Provide tailored recommendations on table packages, menus, and events.
    • Handle VIP and high-profile guest requests discreetly.
    • Collaborate with floor staff, hostesses, and security to ensure smooth operations.
    • Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless service.
    • Upsell services such as premium tables, bottle packages, and exclusive experiences.

    Requirements

    • Must be 5’8” and above, eloquent, polished, and presentable with a radiant smile.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest relations preferred.
    • Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
    • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
