Job Summary

The Porter assists with guest movement, room readiness, luggage handling, and guided tours of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned rooms are ready for check-in.
• Assist guests with room check-ins and check-outs.
• Inspect rooms for missing or damaged items during check-out.
• Conduct property tours on request.
• Provide courteous, timely assistance always.
• Support front office operations.

Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (hospitality not required)
Schedule: Shift (8:00am–6:00pm / 6:00pm–8:00am), 5 days a week
