    Business Process and Service Quality Officer

    ACCOUNTABILITIES 

    • Monitor assigned processes such as OLA for efficiency and continual improvement. 
    • Work with an Auditor to audit assigned processes and reporting of findings. 
    • Ensure closure of audit findings (internal audit and process audit) including recommendations and any identified process gaps. 
    • Document, maintain, and update procedures and policies; and monitor implementation of assigned processes. 
    • Review existing processes, propose improvements and update business processes to meet changing business needs. 
    • Ensure prompt communication of approved documentation and management of document tracker. 
    • Create communication design for company-wide awareness purposes. 
    • Ensure prompt update, tracking, analysis and reporting of status of assigned business processes.

    Field Support Technician

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Installation: Set up and install fibre optic cables, connectors, and related equipment in both residential and commercial settings.
    • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fibre optic networks to ensure optimal performance.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to fibre optic connections, including signal loss, cable damage, and connectivity problems.
    • Testing: Use specialized tools and equipment to test the integrity and performance of fibre optic cables and connections.
    • Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
    • Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their fibre services are functioning correctly.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices when working in the fieldACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Maintain and update all contracts database/filing systems
    • Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, governments, landlords of buildings occupied by the Company in various states, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist in managing disputes and litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary, and representing the organization in legal matters.
    • Collaborates with the teams to implement the organization\s legal strategy in alignment with the business goal.
    • Prepare correspondences and follow up with the engagements with regulatory and compliance agencies.

    Cluster Sales Manager

    ACCOUNTABILITIES 

    • Take full ownership of the revenue targets for the cluster, ensuring that each branch/location within the cluster meets or exceeds its sales goals. Develop strategies to drive sales performance and increase profitability across the cluster. 
    • Manage the cluster’s overall budget, including setting sales budgets for each location, controlling operational expenses, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI. 
    • Continuously monitor sales performance and profitability across different products, services, and customer segments. Identify areas to optimize margins and implement corrective actions to improve financial performance. 
    • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, based on market analysis, historical data, and customer insights. Collaborate with finance and upper management to set realistic sales targets and ensure alignment with the company’s overall financial goals. 
    • Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies to expand the cluster’s client base, including targeting new markets and untapped customer segments. 
    • Foster long-term relationships with key clients and high-value customers within the cluster. Implement customer retention initiatives that focus on loyalty, personalized service, and addressing pain points. 
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps, areas for improvement, and new opportunities. Work closely with sales teams to resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 
    • Identify different customer segments and tailor sales strategies to meet their specific needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviors. Develop bespoke offers and solutions to enhance value for key accounts. 
    • Oversee and manage the day-to-day sales operations of the cluster, ensuring that all locations are operating efficiently, following best practices, and adhering to company sales protocols. 
    • Continuously review and improve sales processes within the cluster to ensure operational efficiency. Streamline lead management, sales pipelines, and after-sales support to reduce friction and accelerate deal closure. 
    • Work closely with other functional areas such as marketing, product development, finance, and logistics to ensure cohesive and efficient operations that support the sales strategy. 
    • Generate and present regular reports on sales performance, trends, and market insights. Use data-driven approaches to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the area sales manager and senior leadership. 
    • Lead and manage sales teams across the cluster, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance. Focus on building high-performing teams by ensuring continuous learning and professional development. 
    • Work closely with HR to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Foster a motivating environment where team members feel valued, engaged, and driven to meet their targets. 
    • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for sales teams. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and development plans to help team members achieve their goals. 
    • Ensure that the cluster’s sales teams are equipped with the right tools, such as CRM software, to track sales activity, monitor customer interactions, and maintain a robust pipeline. Identify new technology or process enhancements to increase productivity.

    Area Coordinator

    ACCOUNTABILITIES 

    • Coordinating all aspects of FTTH installation, maintenance and troubleshoot in an effective and efficient manner gear towards excellent customer experience. 
    • Proactively manage alignment between near-term demand needs and material availability by partnering with logistics. 
    • Manage and monitor the progress of projects, and the quality of the customer experience, while tracking change and delay impact. 
    • Ensuring the company meets annual goals for fibre network expansion and is responsive to opportunities for territory expansion when financially beneficial. 
    • Responsible for all technical and non-technical functions related to fibre network installation and maintenance from end to end.  
    • Formulating, developing, and implementing all policies and procedures relating to FTTH project. 
    • Ensures effective performance and coherence of the team through holding regular meetings and implementing regular training, support, and performance evaluation of staff.to higher efficiency and quality assurance. 
    • Ensuring an end-to-end process review to strengthen and optimize solutions, processes and methodologies leading.  
    • Facilitates and coordinate implementation of planned FTTH project/task; providing support to ensure high quality and timely delivery. 
    • Bear ultimate accountability for ensuring planned FTTH activities are implemented according to SLAs, processes, and budget. 
    • Preparing reports and presentations about the FTTH design, plans and performance. 
    • Responsible for all assigned equipment/tools to the team. 
    • Coordinating team members for efficient and timely fault resolution on the company network on any customer incident 
    • Organizing and coordinating training for team members and other domains on new features and trends. 
    • Perform other duties that may be assigned.
