    HR Executive

    Our client is an indigenous private sector player with 3 decades of experience in Nigeria. They plan to gradually develop an integrated oil palm plantations of up to 22,000 ha with complimentary industrial units of mills and refinery over the next few years. Due to expansion, they are in need of an HR EXECUTIVE.

    Job Responsibilities:

    •  Work with the Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient
    • and beneficial work from employees.
    • Develop, manage, and oversee the functional HR budget and manage expenses within budget allocations.
    • Lead all activities related to employment, legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures, compliance, day-to-day development, and HR initiatives.
    • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
    • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process report on its performance.
    • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
    • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
    • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Minimum of a second Class upper in a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
    • Relevant HR certifications that demonstrate knowledge/possession of current HR competencies are required, PHR, SPHR, CIPM, MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 6 Years relevant experience in HR
    • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision& SharePoint will be an
    • added advantage).
    • Hands-on experience with HR software
    • Sound understanding of the General HR issues - Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement,
    • Recruitment, Training and Development, Industrial Relations etc

    Check-out Clerk (Cashier)

    Our client is Nigeria’s leading full service print and copy center offering quality printing solutions for everyday & corporate printing needs. Established with a firm commitment to efficient service and customer service satisfaction. Due to expansion they are in need of a Cashier.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Welcome customers with a smiling face.
    • Referring customer to the frontliner or the manager.
    • Scan items and ensure pricing is accurate
    • Manage transactions with customers
    • Collect payments whether in cash or transfer
    • POS management
    • Issue receipts, refunds, change, etc.
    • Ensuring change is always available in the cash box.
    • Not to leave the cash box without permission from the manager.
    • Make sure all delivery notes are signed by the customer (Original copy) and the manager to sign copy.
    • Ensure all customer details are filled out on the system.
    • Input of all done-by must be applied with each employee’s respective codes.
    • Invoices are to be registered into the system by the cashier.
    • Cashiers are not authorized to give quotes or prices.
    • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
    • Track transactions and report any discrepancies
    • Closes the cash and hand over cash to the manager.
    • Back-up must be done at all scheduled time

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
    • Excellent interactive and communication skills
    • Ability to inspire and lead a team
    • Excellent customer relations skills
    • Ability to open and close the branch
    • Problem-solving ability
    • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
    • Good math skills
