Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records, reporting and budgeting
• Handle tax compliance, PAYE, VAT, WHT, statutory remittances • Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow & cost control
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Accounting or Finance
• ICAN/ACCA (completed or in view) is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years' experience (oil & gas experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Nigrian tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High integrity and attention to detail

• Maintain staff records and oversee payroll system
• Address employee relations and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Human Resource Management or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Professional HR certification (CIPM) is an advantage technical problems quickly
