The front desk clerk will oversee the reception and perform secretarial duties at our main entrance desk. You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company, to promote its longevity and working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
The accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
An accounting graduate with (HND, B.sc) with Computer literacy (MS Office & Domain knowledge as well as computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.
