    Electrical Engineer - Office Design

    Key Responsibilites

    • Design and review power distribution, LV/MV/HV systems, and switchgear layouts.
    • Prepare electrical datasheets, specifications, and load lists.
    • Coordinate cable routing, earthing, lighting, and power supply systems.
    • Oversee procurement, FAT, and installation of electrical equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, and local electrical standards.
    • Support commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
    • Interface with mechanical and instrumentation teams for electrical integration.

    Qualification

    • B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).

    Experience:

    • 8 - 10 years in chemical/process plants.
    • FEED & EPC execution of electrical systems.

    Selection Criteria:

    • Should have proven experience in electrical design and execution in chemical plants.
    • Should possess required ability to manage contractors and vendor coordination.
    • Should possess required experience and knowledge of Chlor-Alkali specific electrical requirements.

    Functional Skills:

    • Knowledge of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems.
    • Transformer, switchgear, motor, and protection system knowledge.
    • AutoCAD / Electrical design software proficiency.
    • Knowledge of hazardous area classification (ATEX / IECEx) for chlorine areas.
    • Electrical load calculation and power factor correction.

    Mechanical Engineer (Static Equipment - Office Design)

    Responsibilities

    • Review and prepare design documents for static equipment (Data Sheets, GA Drawings, Fabrication drawings).
    • Review Mechanical Design Calculations as per ASME, TEMA, API standards.
    • Evaluate vendor technical offers and participate in technical bid evaluations.
    • Monitor fabrication, inspection, and testing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks.
    • Ensure compliance with chlorine service material requirements (Monel, Hastelloy, PTFE lining, FRP, etc.).
    • Supervise erection, alignment, and installation at site.
    • Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process teams.
    • Review hydrotest procedures, NDT reports, PWHT records.
    • Participate in FAT, inspection, and stage-wise quality checks.
    • Ensure compliance with hazardous area and corrosion control requirements.
    • Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance guarantee testing.
    • Review and close technical queries (TQ), NCRs, and deviations.
    • Ensure documentation, as-built drawings, and final dossier submission.

    Qualification

    • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory):

    Experience:

    • 8 - 10 years of experience in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery plants
    • 3 - 5 years direct experience in Chlorine / Caustic / Corrosive service equipment
    • Experience in EPC project execution preferred
    • Experience in site supervision and commissioning required.

    Certifications:

    • Any suitable certifications in the field or related field.

    Selection Criteria:

    • Expert Proven experience in handling static equipment in corrosive environments
    • Should have proven track record in FEED & EPC project execution.
    • Should possess required Hands-on experience with site supervision and quality assurance.
    • Should have proven strong knowledge of chlorine handling equipment.
    • Should possess required experience in EPC project lifecycle (Design to Commissioning)
    • Should possess required experience and ability to independently review and approve vendor documents.

    Functional Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of ASME Sec VIII, API 650/620, TEMA, ASTM standards
    • Experience in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Storage Tanks
    • Knowledge of Corrosion allowance and material selection for chlorine & caustic service
    • Understanding of FRP equipment and rubber/PTFE lining systems
    • Experience in Piping layout review and stress coordination
    • Knowledge of Hydrotesting, Pneumatic testing, NDT methods
    • Familiarity with EPC project documentation and procedures
    • Experience in shutdown planning and equipment maintenance (advantage)
    • Ability to review vendor drawings and fabrication quality
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro (for static).

    Civil Engineer - Office Design

    Responsibilities

    • Lead civil engineering activities for FEED, detailed engineering, and EPC execution.
    • Prepare civil drawings, structural design calculations, and technical specifications.
    • Supervise construction of foundations, structures, buildings, roads, and drainage systems.
    • Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Coordinate with process, mechanical, and electrical teams for structural support and interfaces.
    • Review vendor drawings and documents related to civil/structural works.
    • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
    • Conduct site inspections, report progress, and resolve technical issues.
    • Ensure proper material selection, testing, and quality control.
    • Participate in HSE and environmental compliance audits.
    • Provide input for project cost estimation, BOQ, and procurement.
    • Support commissioning and handover of civil structures to operations.

    Selection Criteria

    • Expert knowledge of structural design codes and industrial foundations.
    • Should have proven track record in civil engineering for industrial projects.
    • Should possess required Hands-on experience with site supervision and quality assurance.
    • Should have proven ability to manage FEED and EPC civil work execution.
    • Should possess required experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement.

    Experience:

    • 8–10 years of experience in civil engineering for industrial / chemical / process plants.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC project execution.
    • Experience in structural design for heavy chemical equipment, foundations, and pipe racks.
    • Exposure to chemical process plants preferred.
    • Experience with site supervision, contractor management, and quality control.

    Functional Skills:

    • Expertise in structural design, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and civil works for industrial plants.
    • Knowledge of civil/structural codes: IS, BS, ASTM, ACI, or equivalent.
    • Experience in foundation design for heavy equipment and electrolysis cells.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or equivalent structural analysis software.
    • Understanding of soil investigation, piling, and ground preparation.
    • Knowledge of water drainage, roads, hardstandings, and plant utilities layout.
    • Ability to interpret P&IDs, layouts, and coordinate with process/mechanical teams.
    • Quality assurance, inspection, and site supervision experience.
