    Sales Executives

    Job Requirements

    • OND or HND in relevant fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales within a manufacturing industry.
    • Strong persuasion and organisational skills.
    • Good driving skill is an added advantage.

    Job Description

    • Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities (supermarkets, malls, outlets and open markets).
    • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
    • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
    • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
    • Achieve sales goals by assessing current customers’ needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
    • Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring.

    Executive Secretary

    Job Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • Any relevant certification will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong secretarial, administration and customer service skills.

    Job Description

    • Provide a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the Executive Vice Chairman’s objectives, including diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel and visa arrangements.
    • Correspondence management, reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications.
    • Screen phone calls, enquires and handle them appropriately.
    • Supervise front desk operations and provide assistance.
    • Provide relevant support to Executive management, The Board, Company Secretary and Legal Team in line with corporate governance reporting and legislations/regulations.
    • Interface with various departments and personnel for smooth operations, including information management, approvals processing and feedback. 
    • Be responsible for managing all internal and external communications for the company ensuring its messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization. Coordinate all legal matters, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings in liaison with the company’s external solicitor and external secretary.
    • Ensure prompt and diligent renewals of all operating licenses/memberships of associated bodies.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting activities and general administration.

    Commercial Sales Executives

    Job Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.

    Job Description

    • Support the organisation’s Business Unit and Network offices.

    Information Technology Manager

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (IT), information system or related field.
    • Professional qualification in related field is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years professional experience.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Job Description

    • Manage information technology and computer systems, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations and IT projects.
    • Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
    • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Create and maintain system architecture diagrams, process flows and other technical documents.
    • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
    • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
    • Attends workshops to learn latest techniques; organize workshops for team members to intimate them with the latest trends for them to be more efficient and increase their productivity.
