    Human Resource Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies and initiatives to help achieve the overall objectives of the hospital.
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, counseling and disciplinary actions.
    • Emplace and Implement a robust recruitment and selection process to ensure the hospital has the appropriate complement of competent and qualified staff at all times.
    • Foster a positive working environment by emplacing and implementing initiatives s to improve employee morale, engagement and productivity.
    • Oversee payroll processes and employee benefits programs.
    • Identify employee training needs and implement a Comprehensive Training Policy.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Ensure the maintenance of up to date and accurate personal records of all employees.
    • Develop and implement performance management systems for employees across all units aligned with the Hospital’s Strategic initiatives.
    • Develop and periodically update Key Performance indicators.
    • Review and evaluate policies and other organizational documents periodically to ensure they are aligned with the company’s strategies.
    • Take all such steps and emplace all such initiatives required to maintain industrial harmony in the work place

    Job Requirements

    • At least 10 years experience in Human Resource/ Talent management, compensation and employee benefits Management. (Experience in the Medical field is an added advantage).
    • Master’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations and Personnel management or any other Social Sciences.
    • Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, etc).
    • Demonstrable knowledge of all federal and state regulations concerning benefits, hiring and other HR processes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR Management software.

    Procurement Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop and Implement a Robust Procurement Policy and Procedure
    • Establish re-order levels for Consumables and procedures for making and filing requisitions to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
    • Establish a Centralized Stockkeeping Repository for all Hospital consumables and Procurement.
    • Undertake periodic stocktaking and stock counts across all the Hospital locations reconciling, discrepancies and identifying obsolete or slow-moving inventory items for proper disposal or replacement.
    • Keep an updated Register of approved Vendors/Suppliers in respect of all Hospital suppliers including developing a supplier onboarding procedure.
    • Identify and maintain a strong network of reliable and quality-driven suppliers/vendors.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
    • Develop and implement a procurement budget, forecasting procurement needs and monitoring purchases to ensure strict adherence to approved budget.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate competitive pricing and implement costeffective procurement strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards in procurement processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor contracts and related documentation.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile invoices, resolve payment discrepancies and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or related Sector.
    • Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, practices and regulations. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in using procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across different departments.
    • Good knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
