    Valuation Implementation Surveyor

    Our client, a Real Estate Development Company, with corporate focus on the provision of beautiful but affordable houses for the masses, requires a young dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position below:

    Educational Qualification: BSc in Estate Management

    Experience:  Minimum of 2-3 years related experience

    Role Objective: We are looking for a valuation surveyor, who will help in carrying out valuations on residential, commercial or industrial property, and organises its sale or rent and advises on investment, development and management of properties.

    Detailed Description

    • To receive Valuation brief from the client / contact
    • Confirm valuation brief in writing including purpose of valuation
    • Obtain title documents to the property
    • Obtain the invoices for the assets where necessary
    • To carry out physical inspection on property or Asset including getting all necessary information on the asset.
    • Conducting Market survey and gathering of data
    • Writing of Valuation report including preparation of sketches plans, pictures etc.
    • Ensure submission of report to the Valuation Committee / Quality Control Unit
    • Ensure submission of report for stamping, sealing and signing
    • Ensure Valuation is ready for dispatch
    • Any other assignment as may be assigned from time to time.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management
    • Age should be between 25-35 years
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Meticulous attention to details.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Secretary

    Our client, a Real Estate Development Company, with corporate focus on the provision of beautiful but affordable houses for the masses, requires a young dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position below:

    Educational Qualification: Minimum of OND in Estate Management

    Experience:  Minimum of 1-2 years related experience

    Role Objective: We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary who would be the manager’s and company executive’s right hand. As Company Secretary, you will be instrumental in helping the office run smoothly, provide support to managers, senior-level executives, and departments.

    Detailed Description

    • Type valuation report received from Valuation Surveyor
    • Final printing and arrangement of document for binding
    • Follow up and ensure valuation report is forwarded to the Accounts department.
    • Monitor incoming valuation mails from all the Branches, and   valuation documentation from the Head office.
    • Assign valuation jobs based on mails received to all other secretaries in the valuation department.
    • Record assigned valuation jobs in the Valuation register.
    • Monitor and supervise all other secretaries in the Valuation department, and ensure their jobs are done.
    • Any other assignment as may be assigned from time to time.

    Required Skills

    • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
    • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
    • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Integrity and professionalism
    • Proficiency in MS Office
