    Call Center Executive (Outbound)

    The required candidates are to meet the following criteria.

    • BSc/HND in any discipline.

    Field Support Engineer (Abuja)

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage incidents, respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone & email
    • Responsible for supporting post-sales customer activity remotely and on-site
    • Responsible for carrying out detailed Site Survey & maintain proper documentation
    • Perform installation and implementation and network integration at customer’s site
    • Promptly investigate, resolve & report any incidents, errors, events or deviations.
    • Ensure installation, maintenance and troubleshooting is carried out within agreed OLA.
    • Responsible for resolving concerns on signal strength, signal to noise ratio and similar parameters in accordance to the company’s approved standard.
    • Share insight & appropriate action against bandwidth consumption, virus infection and security threats.
    • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
    • Prepare daily activity reports
    • Inform management of recurring problems

    Essential Attributes
    Proficient in WiFi, WiMAx, LTE, TCP/IP, WLAN, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Device/Network level Troubleshooting, Computers (OS & Application Level), Analytical, Internet and Tech savvy, Customer Focused and Team Player

    Desired Attributes
    Relevant industry experience in handling customers and team members

    Qualification
    HND/BEng/BSc/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science

    Desired Experience
    1 to 3 years in similar profile

    IT Support - Helpdesk Engineer

    Location: VI, LEKKI AND AJAH

    Job Responsibilities

    • First line contact, providing technical assistance to all walk-in customers at shops
    • Assist in after sales device setup, installation & configuration processes for new subscribers
    • Create a positive customer experience
    • Assist/guide customers to handle different hardware/software application as required
    • Perform diagnostics/troubleshooting, repairs and upgrade on all the access devices
    • Liaise with device and terminal unit, for all hardware errors and related replacement cases
    • Document helpdesk tickets/resolutions, and maintain defective device inventory list for shop
    • Recognize areas and forward plans for internal improvement to the Territory Sales Manager.

    Qualifications and Requirement:

    • HND/Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineer / Computer Science / Infomation Technology.
    • Candidates should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar profile.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Territory Sales Manager

    Job summary

    To ensure a consistent increase in sales revenue and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory.

    Duties

    • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
    • Recruitment of Dealer/Distributors
    • Company-owned Shop Management-admin/branding
    • Organizing BTL activities to enhance the sales
    • Maintaining customer relationships
    • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
    • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
    • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
    • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
    • Monitor competition within assigned region
    • Prepare and submit reports to Line Manager

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in telecom/ISP industry
    • Field sales experience
    • Ability to develop sales strategies and performance KPIs
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Organizational and leadership ability

    Qualification

    • BSc/HND in any field
    • Minimum of 5 years in the ISP/Telecomms industry
