    Transport Manager

    Location: Abule-egba, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • making sure trucks are properly maintained
    • Arranging repairs and routine maintenance
    • schedule,route,maintain and track trucks
    • Assume responsibility for the planning,scheduling maintenance and management of all company trucks and drivers to achieve seamless operations in the transport department of the oganisation.
    • develooping and implementing truck preventive maintenance programs.
    • monitoring and tracking of trucks from the day of dispatch to destination of deliveries and return to base and generating required reports.
    • supervise trucks and ensuring that drivers adhere to schedule and route destination of trucks on the highway.
    • planning of daily activities of transport operations and ensuring safe delivery of goods.
    • record keeping of all activities on each trucks.
    • be involve in negotiating with vendors.
    • maintaining and completing accurate records.
    • inspecting trucks and ensure all trucks documentation are up to date.

    Skils Required:

    • demonstrate ability to manage priorities and work load
    • proven time management and administrative skills.
    • Effective oral,routine written,interpersonal skills
    • proficiency in microsoft office.
    • Ability to direct and evaluate drivers in the accomplishment of goals and objectives.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / HND / OND qualification with 6 - 12 years work experience.

    Transport Officer

    Location: Abule-egba, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with transport team to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet them.
    • Assist with assessments of local transportation resources and infrastructure, and the contracting of transportation assets;
    • Coordinate the movement of trucks and other transportation assets;
    • Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of all trucks.
    • Create and/or modify various systems to manage the movement of trucks.
    • Keep documents current such as registration, insurance, truck logs,daily inspection reports, etc.
    • Ensure sufficient supply of fuel and AGO.
    • Manage fuel requests, fuel stocks (fuel farm or supplier agreements) and spare parts inventories;
    • Produce monthly fuel and Truck use reports, “work orders,” etc.
    • Install and maintain the Truck Management System (TMS); ensure that data is input regularly and that required reports are produced.
    • Hire, train and supervise drivers and mechanic.
    • Act as liaison between the company and local government agencies and personnel necessary to keep the Company fleet legal and roadworthy.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / HND / OND qualification with 6 - 12 years work experience.

    Filling Station Manager

    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced person who will help in the following areas;

    • Set sales goals.
    • Oversee promotional sales prices
    • Oversee delivery of fuel.
    • Use different communication channels.
    • Manage financial transactions of fuel station.
    • Adjust fuel prices in line with company procedures.
    • Obtain relevant licenses.
    • Ensure correct goods labelling.

    Requirement;

    • minimum of 3 years experince as a manager
    • must be familiar with PMS, AGO & DPK  marketing.
    • Ability to meet up with sales target before inflation in price.
    • must be a good team leader.

    Filling Station Attendant

    Job Description

    • Keep a lookout for cars in the gas pump area
    • Rush to customers’ cars and greet them appropriately
    • Ask them how much gas they need to be pumped into their vehicle
    • Assist customers in pumping gas or pump gas for them if required
    • Take cash payments and return change
    • Dust shelves and display items on a regular basis
    • Practice suggestive skills by soliciting customers to buy from them
    • Take cash and credit card in exchange for items sold
    • Ensure that the area around the gas pumps and the convenience store is cleaned and maintained properly

    Requirement;

    • Applicant is expected to be trustworty
    • Ability to convince customer
    • Good behaviour towards customer.
    • Must have a good customer service skills.
