Scope of the Role

• Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal support, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising on corporate legal matters.
• This role involves working closely with various departments to mitigate legal risks, ensure adherence to laws and regulations, and support the organization’s overall legal framework.
• Candidate should reside in Abuja or be open to relocate to Abuja with little or no assistance.

Specific Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on corporate matters, regulatory requirements, and risk management to ensure the company operates within legal frameworks.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and corporate governance best practices.
• Assist in handling legal disputes, liaising with external counsel, and representing the company in legal matters when required.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case laws to support legal decision-making.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external legal advisors as necessary.
• Assist in developing and implementing company policies, procedures, and legal frameworks.
• Support HR in handling employee-related legal matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure the protection of the company’s intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the CFO.

Technical Knowledge / Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in corporate law, legal advisory, or regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) and membership with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices.
• Familiarity with CBN regulations, data protection laws, AML/KYC policies, and other financial industry regulations.
• Experience in legal research, contract drafting, and document review.
• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate legal risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and liaising with stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel.
• High level of accuracy in handling legal documentation and compliance matters.

Scope of the Role

• Frontend developer would be responsible for implementing the user interface and engineers the experience of sites/software’s being put out by the company.
• Candidate should reside in Abuja or be open to relocate to Abuja with little or no assistance.

Specific Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Translation of both API integrations and UI/UX designs to actual code
• Develop and maintain frontend code
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Release content which works across different browsers and devices
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Be involved in a scrum based team, estimating and planning work according to scrum principles
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Ensure that code has been tested prior to release

• Experience working with Agile processes

Scope of the Role

• Senior DevOps Engineerwill be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and security frameworks, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role ensures system reliability, scalability, and performance, while implementing DevOps best practices to streamline development and operational processes.
• Candidate should reside in Abuja or be open to relocate to Abuja with little or no assistance.

Specific Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize cloud resources using GCP services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions).
• Automate provisioning and scaling of infrastructure using Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Develop and enhance continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Cloud Build, GitLab CI, or Jenkins for efficient software delivery.
• Implement real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting using Google Cloud Operations Suite (Stackdriver), Prometheus, or Grafana
• Enforce IAM best practices, encryption policies, and security configurations to comply with GDPR, PCI DSS, and other regulatory standards.
• Manage and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Automate deployments, scaling, and system monitoring using Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Monitor GCP resource usage, optimize cloud costs, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies using Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL automated backups.
• Work closely with developers and IT teams to optimize application performance and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Stay updated on the latest DevOps technologies, GCP services, and industry best practices to enhance workflows.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline automation using Cloud Build, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Deep knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
