    Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    • S/he will provides the overall leadership, technical guidance, vision, and management to staff for successful implementation.
    • S/he will be responsible for meeting all agreement obligations, including documentation and quality report writing.
    • S/he will overall oversight and administrative management of the program.
    • S/he will be responsible for meeting agreement obligations, producing deliverables and targets, and achieving project results as specified by the project.
    • S/he will oversees project planning, provides technical support and ensures implementation, with a focus on results and financial accountability for all project activities.
    • S/he will be responsible for reporting and milestone deliverables while ensuring results for project activities within the allotted time frame.
    • S/he communicates with project partners.
    • S/he will oversees M&E and reporting activities.

    Lead Nutrition and Child Health Expert

    Responsibilities

    • S/he will provide the overall nutrition technical leadership, technical guidance to master trainers, supervisors and trainers/mentors for successful implementation at sites.
    • S/he will participates in the Master TOT at the national level and co-leads the grantee’s Training of Trainers’ execution at the State level.
    • S/he will ensures implementation of outpatient treatment interventions for children identified as acutely malnourished using an integrated package of child health services, including a food-based approach and CMAM which focuses on building capacity of providers to counseling and teaching caregivers to use locally available foods to rehabilitate moderately malnourished children (and even severe acute malnutrition with no underlying complications) in the outpatient setting, and to use RUTF where available for SAM cases. This also includes ensuring that all children receive routine immunization, treatment of uncomplicated childhood illness, and referral to hospitals for complicated cases.
    • S/he will ensures that all children graduating/recovering from the SAM to Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM) are counseled in food-based approaches to prevent relapse and further the rehabilitation to normal nutritional status.
    • S/he will provides key expertise on nutrition mentoring, training and quality assurance to all trainers/mentors.
    • S/he will be responsible for meeting all project. agreement obligations, including documentation and quality report
    • S/he will overall oversight of technical aspects of the program.
    • S/he will develops and coordinates training schedules and ensures availability of qualified trainers.
    • S/he will responsible for producing technical deliverables and achieving technical project results as specified by the grant agreement
    • S/he oversees technical planning and implementation of the approved workplan.
    • S/he will provides on the job mentoring and supportive supervision of trainers and supervisors.
    • S/he will supervises the onsite capacity building of health workers.
    • S/he will provides technical direction for data collection and tracking all enrolled nutrition cases using the nutrition tracker. This includes tracking weight for height, mid-upper arm circumference and minimum acceptable diet including: dietary diversity and minimum meal frequency.
    • S/he will responsible for reports and ensures results for project activities.
    • S/he will communicate with the grant.
