Responsibilities
- Develops and coordinates training schedules and ensures availability of qualified trainers.
- Assures quality of training and follow up.
- Provides on-the-job mentoring and supportive supervision of trainers and supervisors.
- Oversees training supervisors in the onsite mentoring follow up of HCWs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
