    Business Development Officer (Global Education/HR Operations)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in Business development, sales, HR operations, or education consultancy.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
    • Strong understanding of global education systems and/or HR service delivery
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
    • Experience working with international clients is an added advantage

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within global education and HR operations markets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, institutions, and corporate clients
    • Promote education programs, HR services, and workforce solutions to prospective clients
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
    • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
    • Track sales performance, generate reports, and meet set business targets
    • Represent the organization at meetings, events, and virtual conferences when required

    Transport Manager

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Transport or fleet management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of route planning, logistics, and vehicle maintenance.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the transport budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics support.
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transport operations.
    • Supervise drivers and transport staff to ensure punctuality and professionalism.
    • Develop and implement effective routing strategies to optimize delivery schedules.
    • Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and operating costs.
    • Ensure compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate transport-related reports and documentation.
